CONNECTED TRACKING / FURNITURE RETAIL INTELLIGENCE

Your next campaign
starts with what
you learned today.

Epic brings digital response and showroom feedback into the same decision-making process. Years of sales experience, local demographics and actual store data help us choose what to test, where to advertise and which products to feature.

THE TECHNOLOGY AND THE EXPERIENCE

Connected by design.
Directed by retail experience.

Pixels, APIs and conversion APIs connect the supported parts of your website, advertising and sales setup. Epic’s POS adds the information your salespeople gather in the store.

Our team’s shared learning from years of furniture sales helps interpret that information. It influences the products, messages and audiences we test for your market.

Know what each source tells you.

Platform tracking shows digital activity. Customer-reported sources tell you what shoppers remember bringing them in. Invoices show what they purchased. We review those signals together and match records where the available information supports it.

Reporting depends on the systems connected, available data and what the sales team records. Each view has a different role in understanding performance.

A JOURNEY ACROSS THE CAMPAIGN

Introduce. Remind.
Give them a reason to visit.

Cold audiences need an introduction. Warm audiences need a relevant next message. We vary the creative and use retargeting to build familiarity as shoppers move closer to a store visit.

Campaign planning can aim for 7 to 11 exposures across different messages and touchpoints. Actual frequency depends on the audience, channel and budget; it is a planning target, not a promised number for every shopper.

Fund the channels properly.

Epic’s minimum Meta advertising budget is $500 per week. Other platforms need their own agreed budgets. We choose a focused mix rather than dividing a small budget across every channel.

When grassroots activity and showroom signage are part of the plan, their message works alongside the digital campaign. Signage production and installation remain the store’s responsibility.

THE EPIC FEEDBACK LOOP

Your sales floor makes
your marketing smarter.

What shoppers ask for, what sells and what gets left behind all matter. Epic connects those signals with campaign performance to guide the next creative, offer and advertising decision.

01 / CAPTURE

Learn from every recorded visit.

Your salespeople record what brought shoppers in, what they wanted, whether they bought and the reason when they did not.

02 / UNDERSTAND

See demand by product and ZIP code.

Review buying interests, missing selection and sales patterns. Product photos add color, style and function to the picture.

03 / ACT

Put the next dollar to work.

Use your store’s data and Epic’s years of sales experience to refine audiences, offers and creative, and inform inventory decisions.

Your online report is available inside Epic and updated once a day, with weekly, monthly and all-history views. We keep testing to bring in more qualified leads from the same ad budget and work toward a lower cost per lead over time. Results and lead costs vary.
