Clear pricing.
Clear responsibilities.
This is a summary of the retailer marketing offer. Your signed agreement identifies the exact scope, timing, project fees and ownership arrangements for your store.
Monthly service fee
$3,000 per month for the first 12 months, then $5,000 per month starting in month 13. Epic POS, normally $499 per month, is included. Advertising spend is additional.
Commitment and notice
The standard minimum is 3 months. Give 30 days’ notice to end service so we can stop planning work ahead. Earlier separation can be mutually agreed. Larger website or Shopify builds may carry a longer agreed term.
Funded advertising channels
Epic requires a minimum Meta ad budget of $500 per week. Google, TikTok and other paid platforms have separately agreed budgets. We manage campaigns on the channels you fund, choosing the mix to suit your market and resources. Google Business Profile optimization is separate from paid advertising.
Monthly creative
Includes 3 video ads, 5 edited reels and up to 25 static creatives per month. Static requests are made 5 at a time. Your team films with Epic’s guidance and Epic edits the material. Organic posting advice is included; routine organic posting and account management are not included.
Website and e-commerce projects
Full websites, Shopify stores, e-commerce, landing pages and lead magnets are available within an agreed build scope. Larger projects may require a longer contract or a supplemental fee. Expedited work and any project-specific costs are agreed before work begins.
Signage and production expenses
Epic handles signage creative. Printing and installation are the retailer’s responsibility, with access to Epic’s print-shop pricing and fluorescent-ink options. Optional professional models and videographers are paid directly by the retailer.
Reports and onboarding
The online report inside Epic updates daily. Weekly, monthly and all-history reporting help your team review performance over different periods. Video tutorials and an account representative support setup and day-to-day use. Reporting relies on available platform information and the records entered by your store.
Your data and completed assets
After a full 12 months, completed store-specific assets transfer to you. On departure after that year, your store’s sales data and information are provided in your requested format and your Epic account becomes dormant and frozen. Earlier data-delivery arrangements are set in your agreement. If you leave earlier, the cost of an earlier asset transfer depends on the buildout and is agreed case by case. Your agreement should identify the covered assets and any applicable transfer amount. Data export is separate from asset ownership. After the applicable minimum and notice period, there is no additional exit fee if you leave the Epic-built assets behind. Service fees remain payable during the notice period. Keeping store-specific assets does not transfer ownership of Epic’s software or include continued active POS access.
Optional onsite manager
Onsite management is contracted separately. Fees vary with the type of event, duration, staffing needs and scope of support. Pricing and responsibilities are agreed before the engagement begins.
Staffed events and store closings
These are separate engagements with their own scope and compensation. They are not included in the monthly marketing fee.
Results and examples
The anonymous 6- and 8-week examples describe engagements with Epic salespeople onsite. They are individual historical outcomes, not guaranteed results from the monthly marketing package. Closing, inventory, reputation, customer service and delivery affect performance. Creative concepts and workflow illustrations are identified as examples.
POS setup
Epic can serve as your POS or work alongside your current system. We review the systems, workflows and supported connections before implementation. Any additional project costs are discussed for your store.
