Consultation requests

We collect the name, furniture store, role at the store, phone number, store city and state you submit so Epic can respond to your request. Requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Submitting does not enroll you in automated text messages or require a purchase.

Campaign information

Your request can include the page you arrived on, the referring website’s domain and campaign labels or ad identifiers from the link you followed. These help us understand which campaigns bring inquiries. We keep first and most recent campaign information in this browser tab for up to 30 days, ending when the tab’s stored session is cleared. We do not send your form answers to the Meta pixel.

Drafts in this browser

Your entries are saved in this tab while you complete the form. Use “Clear my entries” to remove the draft. A successful submission also clears it. Drafts are not sent until you submit.

Optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement

When you allow measurement, the Meta pixel can collect page visits, interactions and completed consultation requests to help Epic measure Facebook and Instagram advertising and build relevant audiences. Meta may receive technical details such as your IP address, browser information, page URL and advertising cookie identifiers. It can associate activity with information it holds. Read Meta’s privacy policy for its practices.

Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures site visits, consultation-button and phone-link clicks, form starts, successful consultation requests and video progress. It uses analytics cookies and receives technical information about your browser and device. Epic uses these reports to understand traffic sources and improve the website. Phone-link clicks do not confirm completed calls. A request is counted only after the form service accepts it.

We do not send your name, phone number, store name, store role, city, state or form entries to Google Analytics. Our measurement removes page query strings and fragments and sends only screened campaign labels separately. Google signals and Google advertising personalization are disabled. Read Google’s privacy policy for its practices. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days.

Video viewing

You can watch the Epic system video without allowing measurement. If you allow it, we measure playback start, the distinct portions played and progress at 25%, 50%, 75% and completion. We send the video name, version, content seconds played and progress to Google Analytics and Meta. Seeking ahead and replaying the same portion do not increase distinct viewing progress. These events measure playback, not attention or a verified person’s identity.

If you submit a consultation request on the same page while measurement is allowed, your request can also include your video progress alongside its campaign information. That allows Epic to relate this page’s viewing activity to the details you choose to submit. Viewing progress is held only for this page visit and is cleared when you withdraw permission. Watching before permission is granted is not added later.

Your tracking choice

Privacy choices appear at the bottom of the page without a pop-up. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel load only after you choose “Allow measurement.” Choose “Essential only” to use the site and submit a request without Google Analytics or the Meta pixel. Use “Privacy choices” at the foot of any page to change your choice. We save that preference for up to 180 days. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal by keeping Google Analytics and Meta measurement off. Withdrawing permission stops future events from this site; it does not recall information already sent.

Service providers and requests

Netlify provides hosting, form processing and spam filtering and may process technical information for those functions. Epic uses consultation details to respond and manage the inquiry. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. This notice covers this marketing website, not retailer customer data in Epic’s POS or managed marketing services.
