Ad spend is separate from Epic’s service fee. Epic’s minimum for Meta campaigns is $500 per week. Google, TikTok and other paid channels have separately agreed budgets. Google Business Profile optimization is a separate service from paid advertising.
The standard minimum is 3 months, with 30 days’ notice to end service. Earlier separation can be mutually agreed. Some website or Shopify projects have a longer agreed term. The service fee is $3,000 per month for the first 12 months and $5,000 per month from month 13.
Epic can be your POS or work alongside the system you already use. We review your current setup and the information that can be connected before implementation. Video tutorials and an account representative support your team.
The online report inside Epic updates daily. You can review weekly and monthly reports and patterns across all recorded history, including visits, customer interests, sales outcomes and ZIP-code trends.
After completing 12 months, you keep the completed store-specific assets. On departure, your store’s sales data and information are provided in your requested format and your Epic account becomes dormant and frozen. Earlier departure and optional asset-transfer terms are set in your agreement. After the applicable minimum and notice period, leaving the Epic-built assets behind carries no additional exit fee beyond service fees during notice.
Epic handles signage creative and gives you access to its print-shop pricing, including fluorescent-ink options. Printing and installation are your responsibility. If you want a model or professional videographer onsite, you pay them directly.
Yes. Onsite management, staffed events and store-closing support are separately contracted. Pricing depends on the event type, duration, staffing needs and agreed scope.
No. Our work is designed to bring interested shoppers into the store and improve what we learn from their response. Closing, reputation, inventory, customer service and delivery all affect the result. The 6- and 8-week examples included Epic salespeople onsite.

We can discuss using a focused landing page while the larger project moves forward. The offer, page, lead follow-up and supported tracking need to be ready for the campaign. We agree on that launch scope separately from the full website timeline, and the advertising budget is additional.
